Ground Shipping (U.S. customers)

Delivery in 5-10 business days after placing your order.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package at www.ups.com.

Ground Shipping orders will be shipped by UPS Mail.

At its discretion, UPS will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, UPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local ups office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local ups office for details.

 

Expedited Next Day Shipping (Excluding Weekend)

Orders must be placed before 5:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

2nd Day Shipping

Orders must be placed before 5:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

3 Day Select Shipping

Orders must be placed before 5:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

 

P.O. Boxes

Orders submitted with a P.O. box for shipping address will not be processed.

 

SHIPPING (non-U.S. customers)

For customers outside of the U.S. we ship with DHL Express, which usually takes around 3 business days to be delivered from us to you.

DUTY AND TAX (non-U.S. customers)

Please be aware that Duty and Tax may apply for your order according to the country of destination. (DUTY AND TAX ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST).

How do I return an item?


Returns (non-U.S. customers)

We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product(s). Items have to be new with tags and the customer would have to cover the charges for shipping the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item back we will confirm the refund via email.
Sale item(s) are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. customers)

We accept items for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer only exchanges on non-sale item(s). Please contact us directly to confirm the item(s) you're exchanging for are available or for return authorization. Any items returned without doing so will be refused at our warehouse.

· Items must be in new, unaltered, with no odor - unused condition with tag attached. No exceptions.
· Sale items or undergarment are NOT eligible for exchanges.
· ALL DRESS SALES ARE FINAL (Jovani, Sherri Hill, and the like are ineligible for exchange and are not returnable).

You will be responsible for getting the item back to us, any exchange items sent back to you will be an additional charge. We recommend you insure your package, as PureAtlanta.com will not be held responsible if your return does not reach our warehouse.

Do I have to pay shipping for my exchange items?

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items sent back to you will be an additional charge as well.

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

How can I check the status?

You will be emailed when your item(s) arrives at our warehouse.
We will notify you again (within 7 business days) when your exchange has been completed.
Please contact Customer Service for further information about your exchange.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your merchandise at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.
